Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

At Journée, we want every part of your experience, from ordering to sipping, to feel seamless and thoughtful. Here’s how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping

We currently ship to all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate for orders under $70

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders of $70 or more.

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3–5 business days. While we aim for timely delivery, please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to carrier-related or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, holidays).

We may offer premium delivery options in the future, which will be clearly displayed at checkout when available.

Shipping rates may be updated from time to time as needed, and are subject to change without notice.

Returns & Refunds

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns.

That said, if something’s off with your order, we want to hear about it. Please email us at contact@drinkjournee.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issueAny helpful photos, if relevant

We handle these cases individually and will always do our best to make it right.
Please note: While we do not reship products, we’re committed to resolving any issues in a fair and thoughtful way.

Subscriptions

If you’re subscribed to Journée, you can cancel, modify, or skip your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. Once an order is processed and in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
